These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online payment facility provided by Brandon OBrien Ltd., a Consulting Forensic & Chartered Engineering firm based in Roscommon.

By using this facility to make a payment, you accept the terms outlined below.

• This payment facility is provided to allow clients to pay invoices or agreed fees by credit or debit card.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1.

• All payments must be made in Euro (€).
• Payments are accepted using Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards.
• You will be required to enter your payment reference or invoice number to assist with identification of the transaction.

• Upon successful payment, an email receipt will be sent to the email address provided.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our office to confirm receipt of payment.

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If a refund is requested, please contact us at info@brandonobrien.ie with full details including the payment reference and reason for the request.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original card used for payment.

• All card transactions are processed using SSL encryption to ensure your data remains secure.
• We do not store any card details on our servers.

• Brandon OBrien Ltd. will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from failed payments, user error, unauthorised use, or system errors beyond our control.
• Use of this payment facility is at your own risk.

• Information provided through this form will be used solely for payment processing and account reconciliation.
